Alexander S. Polsky

He serves as a mediator, arbitrator, neutral fact finder and special master, and is regularly retained as a negotiation “coach” in high stakes matters. A Professor of Law at USC, Alex designed a program emphasizing Effective & Ethical Interest Based Negotiation, and conducts negotiation skills training for corporations, law firms and Bar Associations. His commercial arbitration practice includes domestic and international arbitration under ICC and UNCITRAL.

Alex has thrice been identified as one of the best neutrals in California by the Daily Journal newspaper has received a Superlawyer designation, and is AV rated. He was named a California Superlawyer by the Law and Politics survey for 2007-2008 and Best Lawyer for 2007-2008 by the ALM survey.
